Technology description
It is a high-quality digital print, using inks fixed with UV rays. This technology allows for obtaining high-quality images, characterized by very high resistance to abrasion and solar radiation. Thanks to the possibility of printing materials up to a width of 5 m, it is perfect for large-size outdoor advertising. It is also the most common method of printing on flat materials such as dibond, plexiglass or polypropylene plate.
Our Rho 512R Plus / LED machine sets the highest standard in industrial digital printing. This is due to the latest, Durst-developed design of print heads called Quadro Array 12M, which enable printing with a 12-liter drop. Thanks to this, the printer is able to print with unrivaled quality up to 1200 x 800 DPI and a speed of up to 368 m2 per hour.
Rho 512R Plus / LED is equipped with a new, innovative ink fixation system with UV LED lamps and the Variodrop variable droplet technology, which guarantees that the final ink drop has exactly the intended shape and size. Thanks to the multi-roll option, it also enables printing on 2 or 3 rolls of material simultaneously.
It is most often used to produce larger easily removable ads on cars or smaller gadgets as so-called advertising magnets (e.g. for a fridge). It can also be used wherever there is a need to change the exposure frequently. This foil is flexible and has a properly selected magnetic force that prevents accidental slipping. Enables quick assembly / disassembly of the advertisement.

GC1 board is a high-quality, multi-layer graphic material with a white reverse side. It offers excellent stiffness and aesthetics, making it ideal for the production of stands, displays, posters, and wraps for retail toppers. It can be used both indoors and outdoors, although exposure to weather conditions shortens its durability. It is certified by ISEGA and PZH for food contact, which also allows its use in food packaging production.

Mesh Eco is a lightweight, breathable polyester mesh fabric that allows excellent air circulation. Its open structure makes it ideal for advertising, technical, and decorative applications. Made from 100% polyester yarn, free from PVC, and fully recyclable, it is an environmentally friendly choice for outdoor and large-format projects.

The plate is widely used in advertising as a substrate for printing, sticking, production of stands or presenters. Versatile and easy to process. It is characterized by: high resistance to chemical and atmospheric factors, high mechanical strength and impact resistance as well as high rigidity. It is a flame retardant material, has low heat conductivity.
We offer two types of PVC: foamed and rigid, ideal for various applications in advertising and production.

This fabric has similar properties as Havana but has a slightly thicker weave, thanks to which it is even more durable. It is also waterproof. It is ideal for making beach chairs.

One way vision film is perforated (specially perforated), designed for glass, has small holes evenly spaced. After printing and wrapping on the shop window, room or vehicle glass, the Venetian mirror effect is created, which gives the effect of translucency.

This is another type of corrugated polypropylene, characterized by a honeycomb-like structure. Thanks to this structure, the material is easy to cut into more complex shapes, making it ideal for various projects. Honeycomb polypropylene sheets are used in the production of lightweight yet durable advertising materials, signage, and exhibition materials.
